Fresh air and less traffic jam, compared to Puncak and even Bandung. MaThis is our 3rd time here and it says it all. Even a garbage truck smells better! When we arrived on our next destination.we had to wash all of our clothes, and the disgusting smell still stayed in our suitcases. We have travelled all over the world, but have never ever experienced a smell like this.
After waiting for almost 2 hours it finally came.The worst Indonesian food ever. Because of heavy tropical rain we had no other option than to order roomservice once. We didn't do that because we didn't want to disrespect the wedding couple. Other people from the group experienced the same horrible smell, and left the hotel already at day 1. We waited for 1,5 hours and called 6 times till finally a couple of guys came to pick up the bags. We called reception for someone to pick up the bags and demanded to speak to the manager. The next morning it was finally check out time. On the 3rd night the smell was so bad, that we had to throw up in the middle of the night. We complained daily to the staff, but nothing changed. The smell got worse every day, but we didn't want to bother the wedding couple. Maybe because 95% of the staff doesn't speak English, so they said yes, yes to everything but didn't do nothing. We told the stafff, but they didn't do anything. When we arrived the room smelled like a really bad toilet. We stayed there last february because friends had a wedding there.
